Most orders ship same day or next day! Orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may require additional processing time.
USPS Delayed Packages
Due to ongoing delays through the USPS and at regional facilities, your delivery may be delayed. We cannot issue any refunds until a package has been undelivered for 60 days.
If your package is delayed the best course of action is to contact Route if you purchased Route Shipping Protection, or contacting the USPS directly and open a case regarding a missing package.
We offer a flat shipping rate starting at $3.95 for orders under $50 within the continental US.

Free Shipping on orders $50 and over
Most items ship from our warehouse in Minnesota within 1-3 business days. Custom products may require additional fulfillment time. When necessary, Blossom will dropship an order directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
Items shipping direct from the manufacturer may require additional processing time.
We use multiple carriers to ship including the USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We cannot guarantee shipment via requested carrier, but will do our best to honor carrier requests.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), some exclusions may apply. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart for merchandise totals over $50. Tax is not included in the qualifying purchase amount. Shipping rates will be applied to orders where a coupon drops the total below $50.
We reserve the right to charge an oversize or freight shipping surcharge for bulky, large, or heavy items such as but not limited to gear and furniture. Please add an item to your cart to see if it is subject to such as surcharge.
Free standard shipping is not valid on shipments to US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or FPO Boxes. Blossom reserves the right to cancel free shipping, flat rate shipping, or any promotion at any time.
Standard shipping packages are processed in 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. Paying with Amazon Pay or AfterPay may delay processing times by 1-2 business days.
Shipments may require a signature from the receiver.
Items shipped from the manufacturer may take additional processing time.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Hawaii starts at $6.
Shipping to Alaska is done at a flat rate starting at $16.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may also take additional time for delivery. Large packages may incur a separate shipping charge.
Due to vendor restrictions, we can only ship certain items outside of the US. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with items going outside the US.
We currently ship to Canada at a flat rate starting at $14.
Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside of the US or Canada.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, you will be charged 12% of the item price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Blossom.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Blossom is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error in address and your order is still pre-shipment, please send us a note ASAP and we will adjust it. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for any re-shipment charges even if their order qualifies for free shipping.
If an item is delivered to an incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility in locating the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost, Blossom will work with the shipping company to locate it.
In the event of a damaged package, Blossom will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges based on damaged packaging in the event that the product itself is undamaged.
Once a product tracking shows the product as delivered to the customer, Blossom and the shipping carrier have fulfilled their obligation to deliver the package. We recommend having items shipped to a secure location.
Blossom is not responsible for the loss of packages due to property theft or carrier issues, and cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases.
