Backorders & Pre-orders Policy

If an item or product is listed with a Backorder or Pre-Order status, we do not have this product on hand. We offer the ability for a customer to reserve the item by Backordering or Pre-Ordering the item. Please see the below information regarding Backorders or Pre-Orders before placing your order.

  • Charges for your order are automatically processed as soon as your order is PLACED.
  • Products that are listed as either backorder or preorder may have an estimated time of arrival. This timeframe is an estimate and subject to change.
  • We cannot guarantee a product will arrive or ship within any time frame either listed on our website or communicated in any other form.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damages, or hardship due to a pre-order or backorder item.

  • We will first seek to offer a suitable replacement item for any Backorder or Pre-Order before cancelling.
  • You may cancel a pre-order or backorder at any time before an item has shipped – this cancellation may be subject to a restock fee if inventory was specifically allocated to fulfill your order. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
  • Any credit card or merchant processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds to your original payment method. You may also choose refund to a store credit for the full purchase amount.
  • Any order can no longer be cancelled when it is in a Preparing for Shipment or Completed order state.
  • Inventory availability is subject to change. We cannot guarantee inventory for all backorder and pre-order items.
