Do I have to create an account to purchase?
No, you have the option to checkout as a guest. When you checkout as a guest you will not have the ability to use our system to lookup past orders. You will always receive your order confirmation and tracking numbers via email!
How do I create an account?
Click “Login/Register” at the top of the screen to create an account! You can also create an account upon checking out.
What's my password?
If you’ve created an account during the checkout process, a password was emailed to you by the system. If you don’t see an email in your inbox be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders!
Do you offer discounts?
Check back if we do not have a current promotion! We honor vendor sales and run our own promotions from time to time.
Do you price match?
In certain instances we are able to price match stores like Buy Buy Baby, Amazon, Target, and more. Sometimes, these vendors are able to sell product at below cost – in which case we cannot. If we are not able to match their price specifically we will do our best to accomodate a discount! Please contact us if you have a price match question!
Is my information safe?
Can I create a registry on your website?
Yes! Each product has a link to “Add to Registry”. You can then share your registry by accessing your account page.
Can I send gifts from your website?
You certainly can! Just make sure the shipping address is the gift recipients. You can add an order note with any type of gift message and we’ll include it on the packing slip. No price or payment information will be included in the package.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept Amazon Pay and Afterpay!
What is Afterpay?
With Afterpay you can shop now, enjoy now, and pay later! Afterpay is a service that offers easy sign-up and instant approval so you can place your order immediately and pay for it with four equal installments that are interest-free!

Why was my payment declined?
Here are the typical reasons that a payment is declined:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrectly typed number/mismatched CCV
- Billing zip code doesn’t match the card
- Browser type
Sometimes payment issues stem from using interstitial browsers – ones that are opened through email or search engines (especially on mobile). If you’re running into issues, try opening a fresh browser such as Chrome or Firefox and try placing your order again. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Can you take an order over the phone?
We can certainly take an order over the phone!
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Besides a confirmation screen after successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address entered during Checkout. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see an email. You will also receive an email once your order ships.
If you have or created an account, your order will be visible on the My Account page as well.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email
Sometimes spam and junk filters are really nasty! Please check these folders first, and if not reach out to via email, facebook, or instagram. Sometimes different email providers have different filter criteria that we can sometimes work with them on making sure your emails end up in the Inbox!
How do I apply free shipping?
Once your cart total is over $75 you can select the option for Free Shipping.
Coupon is not valid on selected items Error
Certain coupons, like our welcome coupon have brand restrictions. Typically Stokke, Doona, Mima, and Oeuf are not allowed to be discounted so if you any items by these brands in your cart the system will not allow the coupon to be applied. We are working to try to figure out how to let the coupon apply to correct items, but in the meantime you may need to place multiple orders. We know this is far from ideal, so please contact us if you’d like help setting up the order with the proper discounts and sending you a payment link!
Do you ship same-day?
For nearly all orders we try to ship the order the same day it was placed. If an order is placed after 3PM or dropships from a vendor the shipping day may be delayed.
If you placed an order by paying with Afterpay or Amazon Pay we may hold the shipment until the payment clears, typically 2-5 business days.
Do you offer local delivery?
If you are in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area and would like an order delivered please contact us!
If you place an order, we may opt to deliver it locally depending on inventory status and availability.
What shipper do you use?
Depending on your location and the item size and weight, we use different shippers. We typically ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but may use DHL or local delivery. If you have a shipper preference you can make a note on your order – but we may not be able to honor requests.
Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Due to COVID-19, our storefront is closed to the public. We do offer curbside pickup directly from our warehouse. Please contact us if you would like to pick up an order locally or add an order note and we’ll reach out to you to schedule a time!
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, you can ship to any address. If you’re sending a gift, ensure you put the recipients name and address on the Shipping section, but your address under billing.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We may be able to ship internationally depending on the items. Due to certain vendor restrictions, certain items cannot ship outside of United States.
International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as are any duties, taxes, fees, VAT, etc.
