When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow extra processing time for your Black Friday orders! We typically ship in 1-3 business days but during sales events we may require 2-5 extra days to ship orders. If you need an order quickly please upgrade your shipping to “Priority Shipping” on checkout. Priority Orders will ship same day or next day via a 2 or 3 day shipping method.

Can Black Friday Orders Be Canceled?

No, we do not allow for order cancelations during sales events except for instances of system errors.

Can I Combine Discounts?

No, coupon codes won’t stack together and cannot be applied to items with a sale price unless specified otherwise.

Can I Return My Black Friday Order?

Please refer to our Returns Policy. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I Exchange Items from My Black Friday Order?

Yes! You can exchange items for different sizes or styles as needed.

Can I Combine Orders?

Yes! Orders can be combined if they have not already shipped. Please send us an email if you have placed multiple orders.

No, all Black Friday deals are only valid through the time they are active and not valid on past purchases.

We will do our best to honor our listed Black Friday prices, however all sales are subject to change and may end at any time.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

While we do our best to get all orders out in a timely fashion, all arrival times are dependent on the shipping companies. If you are worried your package may arrive later than necessary we encourage you to purchase Priority Shipping at checkout which will ship same day or next day via a 2-day or 3-day service.

Can You Match Sales?

In some cases we are able to match sale prices from other retail stores. Unfortunately many vendors run promotions that are at or below our cost that we may not be able to match. Please contact us if you have any questions!
