Your backorder with us secures your place in line for the next available inventory from the vendor. We work closely with all of our vendors to ensure all backorders are the first to be fulfilled in the order they were received.

We won’t cancel your backorder for any reason without talking with you about all the options we have available, and working through original deciding factors for your original selection. This helps you to get a product that fits your needs, your budget, and your timeline.

Where can I find out when an item will be available?

When you come to a decision and find the item is backordered, we’re here to help you through the rest of the process. Due to vendor restrictions, we’re often not able to publish data around estimated availability dates. If you call us or visit us in person, we may be able to offer more insight into when items may be available again. We also work with you on alternative options when the timing of a backordered item simply won’t work.

What if my backorder won’t arrive in time?

As part of our Backorder Guarantee, we’ll fit you with another car seat, strollers, high chair, or more that fits your needs, timeline, and budget, at no extra cost you*. Sometimes this can be as easy as swapping out a color, other times we can find you a solution with the least amount of compromise to your needs and wants.

How can I pick a back-up item?

We’re here to walk you through your options and pinpoint the features & specifications that really matter to you. Once we have that data, we can provide you options across one brand or even multiple brands.
